Patty-chan and Ruby-chan, the two zany American teenagers who took jobs at a Tokyo maid cafe and skyrocketed to fame as pop stars in the first volume of Moe USA, are back in action in the second installment! This time, the girls are in a topsy-turvy search for the magical maid costumes that were stolen from them just before their big concert at Tokyo's Budokan. They've enlisted the services of a super-secret organization - the Akihabara Otaku Network - to help them track down the theif and rescue their careers. But, have they met their match?
