This little booklet is one of the strangest works of its era- which says a lot about its content. Crafted at the dawn of the 20th century by an author about which nothing else is known, it speaks of vampires, astral bodies, possession, and psychic shielding, relating both poetry and prose about both sanguinarianism (blood drinking) and mental vampirism.The content is bizarre, and it relates to various secondary works, some of a scientific nature, while making the claim that vampirism is literally, physically real, and while rare, that corpses are sometimes intentionally preserved by their former spiritual inhabitants for malevolent reasons.
