Mid sun

With perseverance and perseverance, Maryam Al-Ajami weaves the threads of her novel, which begins from a point of high tension and drags the reader with her to a present burdened with the past and characters whose lives are closed to one secret after another. Writing here seems to be an act of liberation: freedom from the ghosts of a past full of mysteries and from the constraints of a present besieged by the past.
