Mexico-Tenochtitlan and the Spanish conquest

The Spanish conquest was one of the most savage acts in human history. It is estimated that out of 50 million inhabitants, after the conquest there were only 10 million natives left. In the present work we give an account of the plundering and exploitation of natural and human resources during this period.Around this event, a series of myths were created with no other purpose than to justify the 300 years of domination. In America there were no gods, idols or human sacrifices.
