Harvey Goldstein, Metadata Man, is a hoarder of information and wants to know everything about everybody. Because of a fluke, or a prank, he merges with the cloud conglomeration and can access everything digital, even CCT cameras. As a joke his picture is on every screen in the world as "Harvey Goldstein is watching you " When he threatens to sue, he is given a million bitcoin by an unknown benefactor. What follows are complications that reach international proportions.
