Whilst the greatest effort has been made to ensure the quality of this text, due to the historical nature of this content, in some rare cases there may be minor issues with legibility. There was no reason why Lincoln should not have been a prophet rather than a politician he was in fact a divine prophet-politician; in him for almost the first time prophecy had something to say in politics. I shouldn't wonder but that in another age of the world Lincoln would have been a chosen man to 'lead in some rebellion against ecclesiastical institutions and religionsform and ceremony.
