Several years ago Melissa left her small town in Massachusetts after obtaining her degree in journalism to join the Los Angeles TV networks "e;first on the scene news team."e; As a reporter she discovered the dangerous world of investigative reporting. While investigating a series of mysterious deaths from all over the country, she stumbled upon a secret government project called Applecart. As she weaved her way through the investigation, against the advice of her supervisor; she placed herself and her closest friends' lives in danger.
