In modern terminology, Organisational Behaviour is an interdisciplinary approach to the study of human behaviour in organisations. The study of behaviour can be viewed in terms of various main disciplines. All disciplines have made an important contribution to the field of Organisational Behaviour. People in the organization can tilt either way toward growth or toward stagnation. The design of the system in which people work can significantly influence which way they go and how far.
