Love Doesn't Hurt

I was raised in an abusive alcoholic household on an Indian reserve inupstate New York called Akwesasne. The "e;Bridget's World"e; books are a product of my life. The contents dealwith issues in which I've had to overcome. My hope is that the books give at least one child the strength to stepforward, the voice needed to tell someone, and the courage to overcomethe life of abuse. To let children know that they are not alone and thatlife CAN get bett er.
