Lost Inside

Depression and suicide are subjects that go hand in hand. Those who suffer from these emotions feel that there is no hope, no help for them. I can only say that you are wrong. The stories and poems inside should prove that you are not alone in what you feel and that there are those who are here to help. Though these feelings may be hard to fight you can survive.
