Life Is Unfinished Without the Language of Poetry

By "e;divine design"e;humans have had a need and a desire to tell their storyOur early ancestors painted scenes on cave walls- in the Old Worldwhile Native American chiseled pictographson canyon walls in the AmericasToday we are still trying to tell our storyEven with our communication skills and technology we yearn for a deeper way -a language that communicates to the soulIn some there is a gift;an inner voiceIT can be heard in the language of music,art,sculpturing even poetry and when masteredwhat they can create is "e;a masterpiece"e;even if only to themselvesI too hear It -at times andchoose to ignore ItAt other times It screams and thenIt -takes over my lifeuntil it is createdSo we try to create what is felt and heardBut even at our best{while here}it will always be AN UNFINISHED LIFE
