LIFE IS A LAUGH

Life Is a Laugh is a collection of some of the short stories written by Brooks, some of which were published in Readers Digest, some were entered in the California New Writers Guild and won Honorable Mention, and many others appeared in a monthly Pennsylvania publication. Brooks has the knack of seeing something and making it funny. A couple examples are the stories about drinking coffee at Starbucks and making a visit to the doctor's office. Satire is the use of humor, irony, sarcasm, or making fun of someone or something, even making fun of yourself. Brooks has captured that and provides us with some very funny short stories.
