I thought my screaming nightmares would end now that my stalker is locked away and awaiting trial. But they return when my slam-dunk case starts to fall apart. Explicit letters I allegedly wrote surface, suggesting I was the mastermind behind my assault, a willing victim.

The only place I feel safe is in Marcus's arms. He's the one person I can lean on. Or he is until damning evidence from his past collides with the case, and the media circus drags us both down. To protect my reputation, Marcus decides he only has one option: end our relationship. He won't risk further damage to my case, even if it means destroying my heart.
