It is written as a self-improvement guide based on my research in the fields of philosophy psychology, metaphysics, academia and my personal experiences in pursuit of my own successes.Legacy: The Power Within contains: the reiteration of ancient wisdom, seven steps in goal setting and some of my own personal experiences and conclusions.My intention is to share, with as many people as possible, what I have learned about the nature of our relationship with self and our ability to recreate our lives and circumstances.
