Learning Spanish

This textbook is intended to be used alongside a course, but self-learners can also work with it without any problems and acquire a very good knowledge of the language. It is deliberately not designed for a "playful" learning of a language, of which books are available in large numbers. Unfortunately, learning a foreign language "on a trial basis" usually brings little success, and it takes a long time as well. This book may be very useful for tourists, business travelers, or property owners in Spain needing to talk to locals. This Spanish course is different to other works. It has been created to guide you through the systematic and intensive learning of the Spanish language, and it contains all the important elements of grammar with lots of example sentences, and a large vocabulary section. No reference is made to the different learning levels that professional translators, correspondents or interpreters need to reach. The requirements are, therefore, well beyond ordering food in a restaurant, and they also include a certain amount of time that you should spend on your self study. This book will be the first in a series which has been planned to familiarize you with the systematic learning of foreign languages. In the future, I plan to publish analogous textbooks with exactly the same structure for learning German, French, Portuguese, Dutch and Danish languages.
