Leadership of Teams

Teams are everywhere, whether it is the team of companies, factories, schools, hospitals and governments. Team leaders often face some challenges, such as how to deal with interpersonal relationships, how to face different roles in different teams, how to guide and cultivate team members and so on. So, how can we build a successful team? What can leaders do to ensure effective teamwork and commitment to the right goals? The Leadership of Teams was completed by two professors from Ashiridge Business School and Hult International Business School, including the latest results of Ashiridge Business School's research on team work. The book explores how to train management team in 18 chapters. Firstly, it interprets the definition of team, team role, team process, team development stage, etc.; secondly, it takes business, sports and charity departments as examples to help managers solve the practical problems of team management from different perspectives, such as enhancing trust, improving employees' sense of participation, conducting emotional management, and confirming accountability; finally, it looks forward to the future development of the team, and believes that through training, all team members shall have the ability to effectively manage the team.
