Laughing House

The story of a house, Beech Hill, built in the year of Waterloo and soon to endure the rigours of the Second World War. Occupied by various units through the early years of the conflict, you'll lament its deterioration at the hands of those with no appreciation of beautiful things. A further story related in the first person, a beautiful and wonderful story of survival. Told by the owner of the house as he is forced to watch from the sidelines. This is indeed a 'laughing house' as it takes everything thrown at it.
