Ghosts are merely the spirits of people who have died and refuse to acknowledge the fact. In most cases, the spirit moves on as mentioned earlier. But some spirits remain behind on the earthly plane because they feel they have unfinished business or the death might have been sudden and the spirit did not have time to prepare for the unexpected. By refusing to accept the fact that the body has died, the ghost spirit cannot proceed on its path. When death occurs, the new spirit is whisked away by its spirit guide through the tunnel towards the light of the spirit plane. The trip is not very long in earth time, probably no more than a millisecond. Actually, time is an earthly phenomenon and is irrelevant or non-existent on the other side. The energy life force which is in all of us is explained. You will find chapters on angels, spirit guides, reincarnation and meditation.
