Colonel Rex MacManners tries to manipulate two soldiers into his secretive "e;Knox Sovereign"e; persona program.  Where the soldiers think they're some kind of "e;super soldier"e;.  Soldiers Phoenix Welles and Kia Rios are manipulated into the program under the belief the Colonel is helping their relatives for whatever reasons M. Middle a mysterious hacker catches wind and often tries to communicate with North Korea's own "e;superhero"e; team known as the Juche Commune who are determined to stop the Colonel's dastardly plans.
