Imagine what your life would be like if your blood was the cure for cancer. Winning the lottery would be a life-changer, but it wouldn't begin to compare with this. Bernard has a messed-up life. On his 16th birthday, he donates blood-yes, quite the deviation from your typical cake and ice cream day. But his parents' belief in the 'it's better to give than receive' mindset goes beyond the boundaries of reality when the recipients of that blood learn just how special it is. In no time Bernard is offered millions of dollars for just a single sample. A few breaths later, goons are on his trail and the lives of his parents are in danger.
