While the nation has made progress in economic growth, the journey has not been easy. This book is a tri-view of the past, present and future of Kenya's development journey. It looks back at Kenya's past development and that of other countries with a similar economic base in the 1960s and highlights key success factors for realising sustainable and inclusive growth. Using the International Futures (IFs) forecasting model, it then looks forward to the next couple of decades and highlights high leverage policy interventions that the country can use to attain sustained and shared growth.
