
Keep Diet without eating
Not eating is the best way to lose weight, at least for the time being. Almost every serious diet plan therefore contains restrictions on food intake, commonly referred to as fasting. The relationship between diet plans and fasting is the subject of this book.
The connection between fasting and dieting lies primarily in the effect of both phenomena on the human body and health. Both can influence digestion, metabolism, the immune system and other physiological processes and can affect each other in a good way, but also in a very problematic way.
