These are Qaboos''s letters to Ibn al-Ameed and others, and his letters to al-Sahib, and Qaboos''s philosophical letters. They contain letters on rhetoric explaining types of assonance, such as winged, paired, reversed, and others, and a letter on the etiquette of the book when the answer is delayed and the messenger is slow, and another came about assonance, and a treatise on philosophy.
