Respect The Jux by O. G. Yello is the book that started it all. Written and published from prison by Raymond James (O. G. Yello) back in 2006, along with the screenplay, this book gave the HipHop scene something new to be excited about. Everyone from 50 cents, Loyd Banks, Vado and many more quickly jumped on the idea and concept of this book and released songs as such. Many of these songs went on to be hits and do well for themselves. In 2008 O. G. Yello was released from Prison but unfortunately he was deported back to his native country of Jamaica. Due to Yello's deportation issues, things took a different turn upon his release from prison.

Due to deportation Yello's friend who goes by the name "Christ" and business partner decided he was going to snake Yello and back-stab him in order to cut him out of any deals and steal Yello's book (RESPECT THE JUX) and claim it for himself along with 14 other manuscripts thus subsequently releasing even another one of Yello's books titled "Below The Radar". Fast forward to 2022 and said snake friend managed to fool most of the industry that he is the author and creator of Respect The Jux and the rest of Yello's work. He has managed to sell this lie to investors such as Pusha T. and others so that he may bring the pages of Respect The Jux to the big screen. On May 6th 2022 Christ was able to bring this lie to a reality by releasing a movie titled "Respect The Jux". As unbearable as it was to sit and watch such a poor adaptation of his book and screenplay, Yello managed to get through the entire movie with grave disappointment. This was a book and movie written by a Jamaican (Raymond O.G. Yello James) about Jamaicans however the movie did not do the book the least bit of justice. Aside from the scenes filmed in Jamaica the so-called director totally got it wrong. it was clear that aside from the script, this movie had no Jamaicans assisting with the directing.

How does a non Jamaican direct a Jamaican movie with no Jamaican actors in it and get it right? It cant be done and the director failed to see that thus totally ruining a great screenplay. However don't be despaired, the real author of "Respect The Jux" (O.G. Yello) is going to correct this atrocity by re-releasing his book and then moving on to filming the real movie.
