Jojo's journey is a beautifully illustrated story book with a very important life lesson: how not giving up helps to achieve a goal. The story is about giraffes and is set in the African bush.

Jojo is a giraffe who lives in a zoo. She is very lonely there as she has no friends. One night, when the zookeepers go home, Jojo runs away to look for friends in the African bush.

She meets many creatures along the way - a mouse, a monkey, a crocodile, a lioness, a bird, a snake. Jojo asks each one to be her friend, but they all have an excuse why they cannot do that. Jojo feels sad but knows that she cannot give up. So she keeps on walking and searching.

Suddenly, Jojo sees a long neck and a head sticking up. She knows it is another giraffe. She runs over to find a big group of giraffes, and they all say yes to being her friend. Jojo knows that not giving up is what brought her to her new friends and she is never lonely again.

This book is part of the exciting Animal Adventures series, a set of little stories with big lessons.
