Job satisfaction of workers with disabilities

The objective of this book is to identify the impact that is generated in the population about the labor inclusion that exists in some companies in the State of Sonora, with reference to the population with disabilities, specifically in the city of Hermosillo. The study was approached under the methodology of descriptive analysis and quantitative research, two variables with their respective dimensions were considered. The variables were labor inclusion and the one that corresponds to the satisfaction of workers with disabilities. The population is made up of consumers in general and people with disabilities working in service or marketing companies.
