I've Said It All Before

This book, might be about me. But at the end, its really about you. Its about all the lies, and excuses, and nonsense we all tell ourselves to keep things from being too scary, even when were totally unhappy. This isnt just about self-help or motivation (even though its those things too.) Nope, its about something more. Its me getting as personal as I possibly can in order to show you that youre not alone. And no matter how bad it gets, you can always find a way back if you really want to do it.
