Isometric Exercises for Golf

This 150+ page book has been approved by TWiEA - The World Isometric Exercise Association (www.TWiEA.com). Currently, the entire range of books written by Brian Sterling-Vete and Helen Ren e Wuorio about the Bullworker, isometrics, and other related forms of exercise are the only books to have received this approval together with TWiEA's 5-Star Rating. NOTE: Authors and exercise specialists, Brian Sterling-Vete and Helen Ren e Wuorio have worked closely with the NHS Innovation Team at the Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust on two isometric exercise trials during 2020. The trials were an outstanding success and they are now moving into a third trial phase before looking towards an expansion of the use of isometric exercises into the entire NHS across the UK, and having TWiEA conduct isometric exercise instructor training programmes for key NHS staff. The NHS (National Health Service) is one of the largest health services in the world with over 1.2 million people are employed in the UK by the NHS alone. The Commonwealth Fund, a US think tank, compared health services in 11 countries across the world, including the US, Canada, Australia, France and Germany, and the NHS emerged as the world's number 1 for the second time. We are proud to be working ever more closely with the world's leading healthcare provider to expand the regular performance of isometric exercises for the health and benefit of everyone. Golf is one of the most popular sports in the world but there is no such thing as a quick game of golf which means that there's not always enough spare time to exercise in a gym as well. Performing a series of advanced 7 to 10-second isometric exercises is the answer, especially since they can easily be performed during your golf game or practice session. If just one isometric exercise was performed at each then at the end of an 18-hole game of golf a powerful total-body workout would have been completed as well. An average golf club is also a perfect Improvised Isometric Exercise Device or IIED, so you are literally carrying your go-anywhere multi-gym with you everywhere you play. There are arrows clearly showing the direction in which the force should be applied. Golf pros and coaches can also use these exercises as a handy resource to practice with their clients. Part 2. is an excellent resource guide of exercises to be performed in partnered pairs, with a buddy. Part 1. is a resource guide of isometric exercises that can be performed as an individual, either outdoors or at home without the need for a buddy. Note: The exercises in this book are either the same or similar to those in our books: Nordic Walking or Trekking Pole. However, the Isometric Exercises for Golf book 1 contains some special exercises designed to increase the strength and power of your golf swing.
