Introduction to the theory of unification of civil law and labour contracts

The monograph is devoted to a new direction in modern science - the systematization of legal regulation of certain types of civil law and employment contracts. The first steps in this direction indicate that, most likely, labor law, as a branch of law, came out of civil law, was part of it, was part of its system. The division of law by branch of law is questioned. Introduction to Unification is the first author's study of contracts from different branches of law.
