Leadership takes on many forms. Dr. Lino Garcia, Jr. (Professor Emeritus of Spanish Literature) led by serving as a role model for his students, by championing various reform initiatives, and by supporting several key leaders who he believed were willing to make needed changes. In sum, these interviews reveal some of Garcia s many previously unknown contributions to South Texas.
