Walter is an elegant, indoor cat. Max is a tough, outdoor cat. While Walter enjoys the finer things in life, he imagines it must be better on the other side of the door. Max wants to see what he is missing on the inside. They are given the opportunity to switch places in this timeless story and they learn a lesson along the way.
