Identifying Potential Ethnic Conflict

This report outlines a process-based heuristic model for anticipating ethnic and communitarian conflict. The model is demonstrated through it's application to case studies, two retropective (Yugoslavia and South Africa) and two prospective (Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia).
