ICT Law - from international trade to e-trade

No one doubts that e-commerce is becoming a promising business opportunity,as it allows companies to reach a global market. In fact, the e-market is comprised by the world-wide number of internet users. Globalization still poses cultural, political and even legal issues. One important issue is determining the competent court in e-transaction disputes, where one of the parties is an out-of-state actor. To answer this question is critical; no business grows in an environment of uncertainty.
