I Close My Eyes in the Dark is a collection of eclectic short stories, memories, one poem and other life thoughts. They are all about looking for the positive in every life situation. When we look, humor often presents itself. Each short story is a life experience that in some situations are dire. But a change in attitude changes everything and permits one to see the 'up' side of life. Sometimes the insight and awakening will seem absurd, sometimes profound. I've heard it said that one's life is what one's thoughts make it. I agreed and therefore live with the vision and if there is so much negative in life and in our experiences, then there must be an equal amount of positive. One cannot exist without the other. It is the heart that matters.
