I BEG TO DIFFER explores the relationship of the ruler and the ruled in a democracy as it deals with broad and specific discourses on constitutionalism concerning, among other things, the rule of law, checks and balances, separation of powers, judicial review, individual liberty, human rights, and economic justice. It seeks the advancement of fair, just, and inclusive societies through vibrant participatory dialogues and actions of citizens and civil society, especially in the light of the dynamics of new technologies, to uphold such norms and principles as universal values.
