I Am Powerful: A Positive Power Story

Even a young kid can make a difference in their community I Am Powerful follows a young girl as she learns to trust in her abilities. In this installment of the Positive Power early reader series, children will learn the affirmation "I am powerful" through an encouraging story of self-confidence, self-empowerment and activism.

Step 2 Readers use basic vocabulary and short sentences to tell simple stories, for children who recognize familiar words and can sound out new words with help. Rhyme and rhythmic text paired with picture clues help children decode the story.
