This book is a collection of poems I've put together over time. It includes topics such as abuse and mental illness. The content I include displays my personal experiences, along with real life advice and tips. It contains a contradicting aspect, displaying both sides of recovery and heart break. The purpose of this compilation of poems is to provide support and connection with those who may be currently going through the same things or who have previously found themselves in similar predicaments.
