The importance and significance of automation comes into sharp focus in every one's mind, since almost everything is being turned to a digital mode or form, finally affecting also the workplaces in many organizations. The study therefore intends to investigate the effects of information technology to the management of an organization, since the management acts as the heart of organizations policies, structure and operations. The study will be descriptive in nature, because the method is appropriate for collecting a wide range of data regarding the topic. It involves investigating the extent of which information technology has influenced the working behavior of employees and employers in general. The research will be conducted in Coca Cola firm and Google firm in Nairobi respectively. The data will be qualitative and quantitative and the data will be coded into the computer.
