The birth of emergency medicine responded above demands. In the late 1960s and early 1970s, a small group of American doctors in the same camp thought that there was a big gap in the level of the treatment for emergency patients. Those inexperienced primary resident doctors were arranged at the most complicated, dangerous and forefront department, which formed the unexpected risks for the diagnosis and treatment of the emergency patients. Finally the emergency department was accepted by American medical organizations in the late 1970s through the systematic training and practice.
