This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the workshops and special session co-located with the 17th International Conference on Practical Applications of Agents and Multi-Agent Systems, PAAMS 2019, held in Avila, Spain, in June 2019.The total of 26 full and 8 short papers presented in this volume were carefully reviewed and selected from 47 submissions.
