I died a long, slow, painful death, only to be reborn a far better version of myself. A version I had little idea existed never mind I could actually become. This is what happened Adversity can shape us into something better. I should be dead by now. But I am more alive than ever. In this incredibly honest and forthright account, High, Low. Cry, Know takes you through one mans journey from hopelessness, addiction, self-sabotage, loss, and despair to a discovery of his purpose and a search for real meaning in life.
