The High Five Wine Scoring System bridges the gap between wine drinker and wine expert.

This system was built to simplify how we learn about wine and teaches readers to become the expert of their palate, rather than the expert of wine. By understanding our palates we are able to build descriptive wine language while learning a quick and fun five point system by breaking our wine into technical components we can smell, taste and feel.

All of the instructions are in the book with plenty of workbook space to practice these tasting skills.
