I want to convay Norwegian traditionell food on a engaging and inspiring way. I always take starting point in the homemade food, wich is made from scratch.
With my own personal craveless with food and making food wih love and time. It is in the homemade food the taste rally came trough to you. I know this very well, because I have made it for and to very many people. They love this food. I have done a lot of program in TV and radio, people from the hole country know me very well, and I really do love that. Sometimes I feel like a «Mother» for Norwegian food. I got a title here at home like «statsbudeia» – which means I got some pay from the gouverment to take care of the older foodculture.
