This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 5th International Conference on HCI in Business, Government and Organizations, HCIBGO 2018, held as part of the 20th International Conference on Human-Computer Interaction, HCII 2018, in Las Vegas, NV, USA.The 1171 full papers and 160 posters presented at the 14 co-located HCII 2018 conferences were carefully reviewed and selected from a total of 4346 submissions. The papers address the latest research and development efforts and highlight the human aspects of design and use of computing systems.
