Hazardous Escape

When a widespread power outage takes place, people begin to speculate about what caused it. Most people begin to assume it will come back on again soon, although Lance decides to do some prepping, just in case. But after days go by without the power being restored, society begins to deteriorate rapidly. The majority of the population decide to stay in their houses while they wait for the daunting ordeal to pass. But since Lance and his son are homeless, living in a car, it won't be as easy for them. With the temperatures growing hotter, they must escape to a region with milder weather, which will take hundreds of miles worth of traveling. But with looters rampaging through the streets, and gasoline stations running low on fuel, Lance and Tyler find themselves on a hazardous journey that will test them like never before.
