Guardian of the Gulch

Muley Gentry has spent the last six months searching for information on the murder of his parents. His quest brings him to the Golden Nugget Saloon in Helena, Montana where he meets Kicks A Burks. Muley should know better than to make fun of a cowpoke's name, but the resulting fistfight is the start to a close friendship between the two.

Muley and Kicks quickly make enemies of the sheriff and his deputies. When they learn Sheriff Tidwell might be involved with the death of Muley's parents, which they eventually connect to the Last Chance Gold Mine, Kicks travels to nearby Fort William Henry Harrison to seek help from his friends, the famous Dragoon Soldiers. All hell is about to cut loose in Helena, and Kicks and Muley are right smack in the middle of it.
