Groupware: Design, Implementation, and Use

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 9th International Workshop on Groupware, CRIWG 2003, held in Autrans, France in September 2003.The 30 revised full papers presented together with an invited keynote paper were carefully reviewed and selected from 84 submissions.
