Tulah Jones, undercover twelve-year-old zombie, has joined the academic quiz bowl team. (Cross-country was getting too dangerous with her stiff limbs!) But Tulah's nemesis, Bella Gulosi, is team captain and dealing with the know-it-all is a total nightmare. When the group goes on a weekend retreat, keeping a low profile gets even tougher and soon Tulah notices Bella is watching her like a vulture.
