God is Real volume one' was named from a personal one on one encounter with the author Lisa Thomas and God. In the year of 1999 there she was at the alter crying out to God surrounded by an elder and two church mothers. "e;Yield! Yield to the Holy ghost"e; they cried out with great admiration and intensity. As Lisa began to let go and let God she remember as if it was yesterday how Gods presence covered her extended arms, she then smile and began to speak in other tongues. When the visiting preacher asked her what would she like to say she immediately with great amazement and exuberance declared "e;God is real! God is real!This book offers much of her testimony of her life before and after the God is real experience her intentions and hopes for this book is for Gods light to shine on every page . The book is full of poems the Lord gave her over a course of two in half years. Born in the city of Chicago, in the year of 1981 her hope as a child was to have a better life.
