Rita A. Wallace-Posey is a widow, Federal government retiree, Self-employed Entrepreneur and an author. Ms. Wallace-Posey is a member of The National Association for Professional Women (NAPW), the Life Journeys Writers Guild, Inc., Southern Maryland Minority Chamber of Commerce (SMMCOC), National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), former board member of The Charles County Commission for Women and an active volunteer in her community.
